Plymouth the wonderful port city in Devon is of course known for it’s maritime heritage and historic Barbican district. In recent times it’s also become a very popular destination for wedding and special events.
1st call singing waiters regularly travel to this famous city.
They perform their infectious surprise musical act at weddings, private parties and corporate events.
On their most recent trip to the city they entertained the staff of Plymouth city bus who sent them these kind words
“The singing waiters were fantastic, lovely people and very professional. They really helped boost the event and everyone really enjoyed it”
1st call entertainment’s singing waiters look forward to their next visit to the fair city of Plymouth.
Singing Waiters Devon Delight. The two core ingredients chosen by Bride and Groom, Claire and Simon. An impeccable backdrop for a venue, and an infectious fun surprise entertainment.
They chose Deer Park, an elegant and relaxed Georgian manor house as their dream venue. This truly impressive venue is a hidden gem which nestles in the wonderful countryside of Honiton in Devon. It boasts one of the biggest private collections of sporting memorabilia and some marvellous classic cars to view.
The Guests settled into the sumptuous wedding breakfast in the venue’s Orangery guests and were entertained by 1st call singing waiters, Emma and Neil.
One minute they were posed as real waiters serving the dessert and the next had everyone joining in singing along to their fabulous fun musical selection.
It certainly was a wonderful day all round and we congratulate the new Mr and Mrs Robinson.
There is no doubt that an event is more fun and exciting if a “different setting” to hold the event is chosen.
The evening is then complete if the chosen entertainment can also be something a little different.
These were realised, recently, when the Rotary club of Bristol choose the Clifton Pavilion at historic Bristol Zoo to hold their annual charter night dinner. As one of the venue’s packages guests are invited to tour the famous zoo and see the animals before the start of their sumptuous meal.
This was complimented by the event organisers booking 1st call singing waiters Neil and Emma to surprise and entertain their guests immediately after the desserts !
As well as performing some of their regular/popular songs Emma and Neil included some famous songs with “animals” in the title
to tie in with the wonderful zoo setting.
Everyone certainly had a great time and it was very poignant for the singers as Clifton Pavilion was the very first venue that 1st call singing waiters performed at fifteen years ago !
A perfect wedding day is determined by perfectly chosen ingredients. This definitely turned out to be realised for recent newly weds Victoria and Robin.
They choose a venue which is able to boast both elegance and historic character in each measure. The ancient Tythe Barn at Priston Mill in Bath.
Victoria and Robin surprised their wedding day guests by engaging 1st call singing waiters, Michelle, Charlotte and Neil. Their popular and infectious musical set was captured on film here.
There can be no doubt that the bride was happy with this ingredient of the day as Victoria commented:
“I can’t thank the singing waiters team enough for making my wedding so fantastic. My friends and family are still talking now about it being ‘The best wedding ever’. That 1st call singing waiters were the most amazing thing they have seen at a wedding. I can’t thank or recommended you enough”.
We wish the new Mr and Mrs Maunder every possible future happiness.
